Join the KinderAcademy Family
We’re delighted that you’re considering KinderAcademy for Young Scholars, the first certified daycare in St. Ann. Our simple admissions process ensures that each family feels welcomed and supported.
🛎️ Step 1: Tour, Interview & Orientation
Begin your journey with us by visiting KinderAcademy for a guided tour of our school. During your visit, you’ll meet with our team for a brief parent interview to help us understand your child’s unique needs.
Your child will also participate in a 1-day orientation, offering a gentle introduction to our environment and routines. This combined visit ensures a smooth transition into our school family.
💵 Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee
Secure your child’s spot by paying the non-refundable registration fee of $8,000 per child.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the official Enrollment Form.

📝 Step 3: Receive & Submit Enrollment Form
After your registration fee is received, you’ll get the official Enrollment Form.
Complete all sections of the form and return it to us in person or via email.

Tuition & Enrollment
KinderAcademy operates on a monthly tuition model. Tuition reserves your child’s space and supports staffing, operations, and facility maintenance throughout the academic year. Tuition is not adjusted for absences, holidays, emergency closures, or partial months.
Tuition is due in advance each month and is required to secure your child’s placement.
Beginning January 2027, KinderAcademy operates on a January–December academic year divided into four quarters. Policies in effect at the start of each academic year apply to all enrolled families.
The academic year is organized into four quarters for planning and reporting.
Full tuition details are provided following your school tour or upon submission of an enrollment request.
Programs & Hours
Placement is based on your child’s age group and selected program hours.
Children may arrive only within their selected program hours. Families requiring care beyond Standard hours must enroll in the Extended Day Program
Nursery Department
Ages 6 weeks to 2 years 11 months
Standard Day: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Extended Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Our Nursery program provides attentive care and play-based early development for infants and toddlers. In addition to feeding, diapering, and rest routines, children engage in sensory exploration, language exposure, music and movement, fine and gross motor activities, and guided play designed to support healthy brain development in a secure and nurturing environment.
Nursery Meals
Lunch is included in nursery tuition as part of the daily routine for nursery children. Tuition remains the same whether a child eats the school lunch or a parent chooses to send food from home.
Infant Feeding
Parents of infants who are not yet eating solid foods must provide breast milk, formula, bottles, and any specialized feeding supplies required for their child. KinderAcademy does not supply infant formula or milk.
Preschool Department
Ages 3 to 5 years
Standard Program: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Extended Day: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Our Preschool program follows a structured, play-based curriculum that promotes literacy readiness, early numeracy, social development, creativity, and problem-solving. Through guided play, hands-on exploration, and intentional teaching, children build the skills and confidence needed for a smooth transition to primary school.
Lunch is optional for preschool students. Families may send lunch from home or purchase lunch through the school.
Rates are confirmed at enrollment, and tuition is based on enrollment and the selected program hours.
Billing Policy
Tuition is due in advance each month to secure your child’s placement. Accounts must remain in good standing to maintain enrollment. Full billing terms are outlined in the Enrollment Package and Parent Handbook.
Additional Required Fees
Families pay standard fees to secure enrollment and support shared learning materials.
These include:

Important Information for Families
Emergency Closures & Natural Disasters
KinderAcademy may temporarily close or adjust operations due to circumstances beyond our control, including hurricanes, flooding, public health emergencies, utility outages, or government directives.
In the event of a closure, the school will communicate directly with families regarding reopening plans and operational updates.
Tuition & Emergency Policy
Tuition policies remain in effect during emergency closures as outlined in the Enrollment Agreement and Parent Handbook. Any adjustments are considered at the discretion of the school.
